Please call (386) 252-0858 to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday from 8:00am until 5:00pm and Fridays from 8:00am to 1:30pm. If you reach our office after hours you may leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call the next business day.

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. If you have an after hours emergency and you are a patient of record, you can reach our doctor by calling (386) 316-6016. The doctor will then be contacted and return your call as soon as possible.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Because we constantly treat emergency problems, unexpected delays may arise. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
